VENDING

Vending is an important part of the Lowcountry Music and Arts Festival and helps to complete the festival experience for our guests. Each year, we are committed to selecting a variety of quality craft, merchandise, service and food vendors to satisfy our guest's wishes. 

GENERAL INFO

 

There are several locations throughout the entire venue where authorized vendors will be stationed. The various opportunities are described in more detail below. Unauthorized vendors are not permitted and will be shut down immediately.

 

Vendors are first come, first considered, so please act quickly to secure the best location for your booth!

 

To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved. If approved we will request the following information to confirm your space.

 

1) Vendor Fee
2) Certificate of insurance

 

*If your preferred booth location is not available or not a good fit, we will suggest a different location.

RETAIL / CRAFT VENDING

ARTIST / CRAFTER

To be considered an artist/crafter, vendors must make their products with their own hands. We are particularly interested in unique crafts. Can you demonstrate your craft on site (either the making of it or the use of it)? Let us know!

Artisan/Craft Vendor Pricing:

10×10 – $300 before March 12, $500 after March 12
10×20 – $600 before March 12, $800 after March 12

 

The fee includes a vending space. It also includes two vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets for staff can be purchased separately.

RETAIL VENDOR

Retail Vendors sell merchandise that they do not personally make by hand. This also includes service providers such as - Salon, Massage, etc.

Retail Vendor Pricing:

10×10 – $500 before March 12, $700 after March 12
10×20 – $800 before March 12, $1000 after March 12

The fee includes a vending space. It also includes three vendor staff credentials that can access Vendor Camping. Additional vendor tickets for staff can be purchased separately.

FOOD VENDING

FOOD / DRINKS

We are committed to providing an immersive and deletectable food experience for our guests. We are looking to satisfy a variety of taste-buds with an assortment of creative fare, locally grown, organic, and variation of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. To provide the best opportunity for our vendors and variation for our customers, we carefully consider each vendor and their product offerings. When you submit an application, our team will review it first and then reach out to let you know if you have been approved

Pricing Structure:

Pricing is based on a commission structure to be determined between LMAF and the vendor.

RULES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

VEHICLES

 

After initial set up, all vehicles must be moved to Vendor Parking. For those who need to restock each day, arrangements can be made with one of the Vendor Coordinators. No vehicles (including golf carts) will be allowed in the Concourse, Campgrounds or Main Venue unless you have received prior written permission from Imagine Festival.

VENDOR CAMPING

 

There is an area designated for Vendor Camping. If you or your staff has special needs, please note that in the application form.

PAPERWORK

 

Each vendor will be required to have a certificate of liability insurance listing Lowcountry Music and Arts Festival as additionally insured. General Liability policy required in the amount of $1 million general aggregate, $1 million each occurrence, $1 million products completed operations, $50,000 damage to rental premises, $1 million auto liability and proof of workers compensation coverage.
